Since childhood, I have been mapping the world with curiosity. My early years were defined by a drive to learn languages and the cultures that speak them – a pursuit that took me across several countries.
After years as a language teacher and a life lived in many corners of our geography, I settled in Jerez de la Frontera with a clear mission: to combine my two great passions. the result was Surways – a cultural travel agency pioneering premium, tailor-made experiences in Andalusia for over two decades.
Today, I design every itinerary personally, supported by an extraordinary network of local historians, winemakers, chefs, horsemen and craftspeople who open doors noguidebook can find.

When I was young, travelling with my family was something special: planning the trip, reading travel guides, looking at road maps, and taking photos and notes to remember every moment… we all helped. Those trips taught me to love the stories, the places, and the people that make each destination special.
I studied and practised Law for several years, but my passion for travel and history was always there.
Today, at Surways, I want every trip to be a real and memorable experience — one where travellers can discover what makes each place unique: its streets, its traditions, its stories, and its people. Just like those family trips when I was a child, every detail matters and every moment is a chance to truly connect with the place you are visiting.
